Return Window Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with tags attached
• Free from damage, stains, or alterations

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or made-to-order items
• Final sale items (marked at checkout)
• Items returned after the 14-day window

How to Start a Return Email us at info@tmmgstore.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's processed.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for size or color where stock is available. Contact us before returning to confirm availability.

Shipping Costs Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in which case we cover it.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll resolve it immediately.
